We kindly do not offer any refunds or exchanges, unless the item is deemed faulty and this is due to all of our products being personalised. We recommend taking your time when ordering as there is no returns or exchanges for change of mind or mistakes made during the ordering process so please choose and revise over carefully before placing your order. Alternatively, If you have made an error when your order, please contact us at admin@tinycollections.com.au as soon as possible so we can rectify the error. Tiny Collections will not be held responsible for products lost or damaged during transit.

Tiny Collections is unable to take responsibility for incorrect sizing choice therefore please refer to the size guide for each specific product before placing your order.

A care guide is provided with your order, as well as being listed on our social media pages. Please follow this carefully to ensure the longevity of your garment. Any items that been misused, damaged or care guide instructions haven’t been followed by the customer, there is no eligibility for a refund. If you suspect a manufacturing fault with your item please email customer care at admin@tinycollections.com.au immediately so we can address the fault.

If the item is deemed faulty by Tiny Collections the item must be returned, free of charge, within 7 days of delivery. Returns that do not meet our refund policy requirements may be denied. Should an item have a manufacturing fault, we will offer a full refund or exchange.

Please bare in mind that some slight variations may occur in colours and sizes.
